Join us at the Palmer Museum on Saturday, November 8th, from 3–5 PM for the closing reception of the Chickaloon Tribal Council’s traveling exhibit, “Ts’utsaetne’: Honoring Our Ancestors.”
This powerful exhibit highlights the culture and history of the Chickaloon Tribe, told through the voices and perspectives of their Tribal Citizens. During the reception, guest speakers from Chickaloon Native Village will share personal stories, insights, and reflections that add depth to the exhibit.
Palmer Museum of History and Art Traveling Exhibit Statement: At the core of our mission is a deep commitment to inspiring, enriching, and strengthening connections to the unique history, culture, and art of the Greater Palmer Area. By sharing these narratives, we honor the past, celebrate local identity, and invite thoughtful dialogue about our community.
We’re proud to host this exhibit and welcome all who support this vision. Together, let’s continue telling the stories. The Palmer Museum of History and Art welcomes others to share ideas for the next traveling exhibit at the museum. Thank you.
