Join Onward & Upward, AKtive Soles, and the Eskimo Ninja Warrior Nick Hanson for the “Tater Trot” 5k OCR (obstacle course race) Fun Run! The course will start and end at the downtown Palmer Depot, travel 5k around Palmer and encounter a number of obstacles along the way! (All obstacles will have alternatives if participant is unable to complete it.)
The race is Saturday May 16th at 10:30am. Race registration is online or beginning at 9:30 in person before the race. The cost is $25 and free for kids 12 and under. Sign up online if you want to get a race t-shirt for $10 (while supplies last).

The race begins and ends at the Palmer Depot, right as the 4th annual One Health Fest is kicking off! This is a free event with live music, food, vendors & activities all centered around the concept of One Health- One Health is at the heart of Onward & Upward’s mission: promoting health and wellness through the interconnection of People, Place, Person, Planet & Possibility.
This year we are celebrating our Farmers and Food Producers- that means that we have small gifts of gratitude and meal tickets (as well as access to all of the great workshops, vendors, and live music!) for anyone who works to grow or harvest food for others.
