Looking to connect with others while giving back to your community? Join us for our next Volunteer Orientation! We have a variety of opportunities available, both inside and outside the shelter, that might be the perfect fit for you.

🐾 Volunteers must be at least 17 years old
🐾 Minors must attend the orientation with their parent/legal guardian
🐾 Service providers need to complete the same volunteer onboarding requirements as their clients
🐾 Submit your volunteer application online at: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/matsugov/transferjobs
🐾 Wear closed-toe shoes (no Crocs) and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
🐾 Arrive on time! If you’re more than 10 minutes late, you’ll need to wait for the next orientation
