Braided River @ the Musk Ox Farm

Braided River hails from the Valley of Giant Cabbages (aka Palmer), where the silty, meandering Matanuska River inspired the band’s name. In addition to its soulful-to-rambunctious originals, Braided River plays rocky, bluesy, Tedeschi tunes, plus a little Leonard Cohen and a dash of Johnny Cash with a Jerry Garcia twist. Since forming in 2014, the band has lured folks onto dance floors from Fairbanks to Homer, from McCarthy to Seldovia.
